After a rough start on Monday, Tuesday went much better and I ended the day with a profit. I was a bit too conservative on the final trade, which is something I don’t want to repeat, but it still worked out in my favor. What’s frustrating is that I was leaving for Hawaii on Wednesday and either felt hesitant to trade or couldn’t get up in time but I’ll get into that in the next post.
MNQ Chart
First trade of the day was a win: 61.75 on the first contract and 5 points on the second after moving the stop loss.
The second trade was rough, ending in a loss of 70 on both contracts after the stop loss was hit.
The third trade was excellent, with a gain of 75.75 on the first contract and 290.50 on the second. A great win for the day.
The fourth trade I didn’t take, but it would have resulted in a loss of 41.75 on both contracts.
I ended the day recovering all my losses. The total should have been 79.75 points, but I finished with 163.25 point. I was leaving for a trip to Hawaii the next day and wish I had traded the rest of the week, as it could have been very profitable. More on that in the next post.
Total Profit: $318.44
