Started up and then went down and then came back to the middle. A little confusing kind of day.

Kind of a confusing day and started with a loss mid afternoon. In hindsight I should not be trading the NQ on these days. The bars and stop losses are just too great and it’s just too much and too fast to trust it. I may have still won this day but with one major loss it was minor. Also one of those days where pre market would have helped me too.
