It’s hard to find the best shoes for travel that will work with every outfit while being easy to pack. The secret is never to bring heavy shoes unless there is a direct need and always bring shoes that are perfect for walking. If you plan to walk a lot, your feet will get tired. You will get a blister. You will wish you brought comfortable shoes.

So in this post, I will cover some excellent travel shoes that are comfortable, easy to wear, and can easily pack into your bag. This post includes both men and women.

For those new travelers who haven’t traveled extensively, I’m going to guide you into what I feel would be good travel shoes. I have done the whole let’s bring expensive shoes to Europe and although I think in some settings it works, in most it doesn’t. I don’t believe travelers should dress down, but there is a level of casual sophistication that is always possible.

1. When you pick shoes, make sure the price is in your budget. You don’t need shoes that are over the top expensive, but you also don’t want cheap shoes. Lately, I’ve seen shoes that are inexpensive, breathable for long walks, and look stylish. These would be perfect in a lot of domestic and international travel.
2. You don’t want real leather on your trip, and if you do bring leather, you’ll need to spend time taking care of them. Travel is a mess, especially at airports, train stations, etc. Your shoes will get scuffed and beat up. Expecting this now and choosing a shoe that can handle this or you won’t feel bad getting ruin is a good idea.
3. Functionality and style are possible, but it will take some work. The right shoe is hard to find, but I found some shoes that will work for most people below. Comfort is always vital, and you’ll be thanking yourself later when you choose a shoe comfortable to walk in. Today shoe options are more significant than ever, and I’ve noticed a trend of well-styled comfortable shoes.

Adidas is a trusted name and really about the casual, sporty look. I think these would look great with most outfits, especially with jeans, as they blend in easily.
