Day 6 I came in with the mindset that I was going to follow the rules exactly and today ended up being the opposite of yesterday. The moves were clean and there were no real losses. It was a great way to finish the week and a strong green day after my vacation. I can move past missing the other days.

I only took two trades today. The first came around 7:20 am with alignment on the MACD and a touch of the 9 EMA. I entered there and quickly took 25.50 points on the first contract and let the runner continue. The runner kept moving up until about 11 am and ended with a profit of 213 points.
The second trade came right after and lasted about an hour. It was essentially flat, although I made a small mistake and took a loss of 6.25 points on each contract. I finished the day up 226 points.
