Day 54 marks the official start of fully committing to one strategy. After spending time experimenting with different approaches, I’ve realized that constantly changing strategies was holding me back. From here on out, I’m sticking with one plan and focusing on executing it consistently.

Today wasn’t the strongest start, but last week proved that this strategy works when I actually follow it. The edge isn’t in finding something new—it’s in staying disciplined and letting the strategy play out over time.

That’s the goal moving forward: trust the process, stay consistent, and execute without second-guessing.

With that said, let’s get into today’s trades.

Now let's take a look at today's trades.

There were only two trades today because the market got really volatile right around 7:00 a.m. Price broke across the LE1 line, immediately hit my stop loss, and then reversed right back up. That first trade ended with an -$80 loss per contract, which isn't the ideal way to start the day since you're already digging yourself out of a hole.

The second trade came at 8:20 a.m., and unfortunately, it was another immediate stop-out on the very next bar. At that point, I was down two trades before the market even officially opened, so I decided to call it a day.

Looking back at the chart, price did end up moving higher. But it wasn't a clean move—it actually would have stopped me out on the next couple of setups before finally producing a winning trade. So it's hard to say whether I would have recovered my losses or just ended up digging a deeper hole.

In the end, those were my only two trades for the day, and that was it.

Total Profit: $-433.40
