I’ve explored 80 countries and territories so far—and that love for travel really started with my parents. They made it a priority to take us on vacations, whether it was a big cruise or a quick road trip. I looked forward to every adventure, no matter how near or far.

Now, 36 years later, travel is still always on my mind. I don’t travel full-time, but I’ve found a balance—working, saving, and then setting off to experience incredible places around the world. ShawnVoyage is my space to share those stories and hopefully inspire others to explore more, too.

My travel style changes depending on the destination. Sometimes I’m chasing the energy of a city, sometimes I’m hiking through mountains or completely unplugging on a beach. I’ve definitely done my share of budget travel—sleeping in airports, staying in questionable hostels—but these days, I’m all about quality. I focus on how to travel well without spending a fortune. And yes, I always try to look good doing it—because feeling stylish adds that extra bit of confidence and joy to every trip.

I started taking day trading seriously in 2022, and it’s been a challenging, and rewarding ride ever since. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a daily obsession—one that mixes strategy, discipline, and a bit of adrenaline. My goal? To become consistently profitable and eventually grow my account to seven figures.

I mostly trade the NQ (Nasdaq) and ES (S&P 500) futures using a technical setup that combines EMAs, Pivot Points, and the Williams Alligator. Over time, I’ve developed a trading style that fits me—structured, strategic, and focused on high-probability setups.

This space is where I share my progress, my wins (and losses), lessons learned, and the evolution of my trading mindset. Just like with travel, I believe in tracking the journey as much as the destination.
